Noel has over fourteen years of experience in the legal, regulatory, and financial services sectors, having undergone significant engagements in banking, pension, and capital markets. He has participated in several transactions cutting across energy, construction, telecommunications, and agriculture. He has also served as company secretary and general counsel for a pension fund administrator and a vertically integrated financial markets infrastructure group.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Benin, Benin City, and a Master of Laws Degree from the University of London, United Kingdom (UK). He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

Noel is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.
