KEHINDE IROCHE

MANAGING PARTNER

Kehinde is the Managing Partner at the firm with over 11 years’ of experience in the legal, regulatory and financial services sectors. He has been involved in several transactions ranging from advising clients on loan restructuring, access to bank facilities, corporate governance practices, corporate restructuring, mining regulations, amongst a host of other transactions.

He has participated in advising on multi-faceted and complex legal issues as well as advised on multi-million Naira projects in the financial and real estate industries. Kehinde has a keen interest in sports and has over the years enjoyed participation in the legal and business side of sports. He has in this role developed player contracts, involved in player negotiations and also served in various roles with the Local FA.

Kehinde holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Benin and is called to the Nigerian Bar. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Chairman of the Electoral Committee of the Lagos State FA and a graduate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).

NOEL ORJI

ASSOCIATE PARTNER

Noel has over fourteen years of experience in the legal, regulatory, and financial services sectors, having undergone significant engagements in banking, pension, and capital markets. He has participated in several transactions cutting across energy, construction, telecommunications, and agriculture. He has also served as company secretary and general counsel for a pension fund administrator and a vertically integrated financial markets infrastructure group.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Benin, Benin City, and a Master of Laws Degree from the University of London, United Kingdom (UK). He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.

Noel is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK.

OSAHON OMORUYI

ASSOCIATE PARTNER

With over 14 years of experience in Healthcare, Health Insurance, Commercial and Corporate Law, Regulatory Compliance and Governance, Company Secretarial Practice, Construction, and Hospitality, Osahon presently serves as an Associate Partner at the firm.

He is presently the Head, Legal & Compliance at Evercare Hospital Lekki Limited, a 165-bed, private tertiary care hospital in Eti-Osa Local Government Area of Lagos State offering a range of specialty medical services, laboratory and virology testing services and ancillary technical services.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Benin and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2007.  He also holds a master’s degree in International Commercial Law from Cardiff University, a Russel 20 University in the United Kingdom.

Osahon is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and served as a member of the National Welfare Committee between 2021 and 2022, where the Committee brought changes in the welfare of Nigerian lawyers, such as the commencement of the Health Insurance scheme for lawyers.
